 You are listed as the mortgagee on the borrower’s homeowner’s insurance

 You receive a lender’s title policy protecting you from any title company      errors

 Loan is capped at 65% LTV

Prior to closing the loan you will receive:

 The original appraisal of the property

 The property survey

 Title commitment

 Rehab proposal and disbursement schedule of repair escrow

 Copy of note and mortgage

 Copy of purchase agreement
 Insurance policy on the property
 Summary of the transaction
